339 one BHK flats in Gachibowli, Warangal and Khammam to be allotted through lucky draw

Telangana Housing Board has announced it would allot 339 single bedroom flats measuring 450 to 650 sq ft in Gachibowli, Warangal and Khammam, for Lower Income Groups (LIG) through a lucky draw. They would be allotted to people with annual income not more than ₹6 lakh per annum (₹ 50,000 per month). Those interested can apply through MeeSeva or online ( https://tghb.cgg.gov.in). The last date to apply is January 3. 

It was learnt that the flats in Gachibowli are near AIG Hospital, and in Warangal, nearly 1,000 metres from the Railway Station there. There are 111 such flats in Gachibowli, 126 in Khammam’s Sri Ram Hills and 102 near Warangal Railway Station. While the price of the flats in Gachibowli is between ₹26 lakh to ₹36.20 lakh, it is ₹19 lakh-₹21.50 lakh in Warangal and ₹11.25 lakh in Khammam. 

Year of construction

While 76 flats in Gachibowli were constructed in 2018, 35 in 2023. And, the flats in Khammam and Warangal were constructed in in 2023. They were built in partnership with private companies. The Board’s Vice Chairman, V.P. Gautham, said that the prices are lower than the commercial market rates.

Lucky draw dates

The lucky draw for the flats in Gachibowli would be held on January 6, it would be held on January 8 for the flats in Warangal and January 10 in Khammam.  The Board has earlier auctioned land parcels. Rajiv Swagruha’s 1, 2 and 3 BHKs too were allotted through lucky draw earlier.
