Asian Paints Q3 Results 2026 date and time: As the earnings season is set to begin in January, several BSE and NSE-listed companies have started releasing their schedules for the announcement of the earnings for October-December quarter for the financial year 2025-26.

Asian Paints has announced its schedule for the announcement of its Q3 FY26 earnings. The company informed this through an exchange filing on Monday, December 15.

Asian Paints Q3 Results 2026 date and time

Asian Paints Ltd, in the exchange filing, informed the bourses that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, to consider and approve audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter and nine months period ending December 31, 2025.

“This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 27th January 2026, inter alia, to consider the following: 1. Approval of audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ending 31st December 2025; and 2. Approval of unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ending 31st December 2025,” Asian Paints said in the regulatory filing.

Asian Paints had announced its July-September earnings for FY26 at around 3 PM on November 12, 2025. Therefore, it is expected that the company might declared its October-December earnings for FY26 at the same time on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

Asian Paints Q3 Results 2026: Trading window closure

It further stated, “This is to inform you that as per the “Asian Paints Limited – Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons” (‘Code of Conduct’), the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company will be closed from Friday, 19th December 2025 to Thursday, 29th January 2026 (both days inclusive) for declaration of audited standalone and unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ending 31st December 2025.”

Asian Paints Q3 Results 2026: Investor Conference/Presentation to Analysts

The company, further, stated that it will hold a conference with investors on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. “During such conference, the management will brief the investors on the performance of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ending 31st December 2025. Details of the investor conference will be published on the Company’s website (www.asianpaints.com) in due course,” it added.

Asian Paints Q2 Results 2026 performance

Asian Paints reported a 43 per cent year-on-year (YoY) increase in its consolidated net profit, at Rs 994 crore for the quarter ended September against Rs 694.64 crore reported in Q2 FY25.

The company’s revenues rose 6 per cent YoY to Rs 8,514 crore. EBITDA climbed 21.3 per cent to Rs 1,503 crore, with margins improving to 17.6 per cent from 15.4 per cent a year earlier.

The company also declared an interim dividend of Rs 4.5 per share for FY26.

Shares of Asian Paints on Friday ended at Rs 2798.90, Rs 38.95 or 1.41 per cent higher from the previous closing of Rs 2759.95, on the BSE.
