Cartel attacks kill more than two dozen people in Mexico

Cartel reprisals for the killing of drug lord Nemesio “El Mencho” Oseguera killed at least 25 Mexican National Guard soldiers, a prison guard, a state official, and a civilian, according to the country’s security secretary.
