Andhra CM Naidu Inaugurates New CRDA Office In Amaravati
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu on Monday inaugurated the Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) Complex, the first completed building in the Amaravati capital region. During his visit, he inspected the offices across the seven-floor complex and reviewed the available infrastructure facilities.
The AP CRDA project office has received the Net Zero Energy (Design) certification from the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), recognising that the complex was built following energy-efficient and sustainable design principles.
Taking to X, the CM shared pictures and wrote, “I joined the farmers of #Amaravati today in dedicating the CRDA office to the people of #AndhraPradesh, a deeply emotional moment that reflects our shared dreams, sacrifices, and unbreakable spirit in building a Praja Rajadhani. This marks the first building to be devoted after the restart of development works, bringing together key departments under one roof. Another step forward in our journey, and this is just the start."

Naidu also stressed that the continuation of the NDA government was crucial for Amaravati’s sustained growth, stating that both farmers and the public had suffered during the previous regime. He praised the joint efforts of the NDA government, Pawan Kalyan, and BJP leaders for driving the state’s development forward.
Highlighting the state’s growing investment climate, the CM noted that Visakhapatnam was witnessing substantial foreign investments and rapid progress, adding that Amaravati would soon follow a similar trajectory.
