Dividend Stock Alert: Rating Agency ICRA has announced a total dividend of Rs 105 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The payout comprises a final dividend of Rs 70 per share and a special dividend of Rs 35 per share. The dividend will be paid on or after August 21, 2026, to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as of the record date. The company's Board had recommended the dividend while approving the audited financial statements for FY26.
The company's 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
The dividend has been recommended from the company's profits for the financial year 2025-26. July 23, 2026, has been fixed as the record date to determine shareholders' eligibility for the dividend.
ICRA Ltd reported a 5.91 per cent decline in profit after tax at Rs 52.69 crore for the March quarter of the previous fiscal. The company reported a consolidated PAT of Rs 56 crore in the corresponding January-March period of the 2024-25 fiscal year.
Consolidated revenue from operations increased 28.4 per cent to Rs 174.9 crore for the March quarter of the 2025-26 fiscal year, compared to Rs 136.2 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
For the full 2025-26 fiscal year, PAT rose 6.62 per cent to Rs 182.53 crore, from Rs 171.20 crore in the 2024-25 fiscal year. Consolidated revenue from operations increased 20.4 per cent to Rs 599.5 crore for the year ended March 31, 2026, compared to Rs 498 crore in the corresponding period last year.

A total of 89 companies are scheduled to trade ex-date between July 20 and July 24, offering investors the final opportunity to buy their shares and become eligible for announced dividends, bonus issues, stock splits, spin-offs and other corporate actions. Among the prominent names are Bharti Airtel, Hero MotoCorp, Pidilite Industries, Abbott India, Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC and Info Edge (India).
Collectively, these companies have announced 97 corporate actions, including dividends, bonus issues, stock splits, spin-offs and other corporate benefits. The announced dividend payouts total Rs 1,609.52 per share, with Abbott India declaring the highest payout of Rs 656 per share (Rs 525 final + Rs 131 special), followed by Hawkins Cookers and ICRA. Investors must own the shares before the respective ex-date to be eligible for these benefits.
