Shares of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited declined as much as 4.8% to close at Rs 4,286 on the NSE on Friday despite reporting a consolidated net profit of Rs 4,196 crore for the quarter ended March 2026, up 6% from Rs 3,977 crore posted in the same period last year. Revenue from operations rose 2% YoY to Rs 13,942 crore, compared with Rs 13,700 crore.

Shares of Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) crashed nearly 8% on Friday and settled at Rs 206.53 even after the company reported a strong 172% surge in its consolidated net profit to Rs 1,981 crore in Q4FY26. The revenue from operations increased 25% to Rs 3,563 crore in Q4.

Shares of Welspun Living closed 5% higher at Rs 141.02 on the NSE after the company announced a share buyback worth Rs 252 crore through the tender route at a buyback price of Rs 175 per share. The buyback price implies a premium of more than 30% over the previous closing price.

Shares of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (TMPV) jumped more than 5.25% on Friday to close at Rs 356.55 as company's revenue saw a 7% uptick to Rs 1.05 lakh crore in the January-March quarter of FY26. The automaker, though, reported a 32% YoY decline in its consolidated net profit at Rs 5,783 crore.
