HP Bose winter school exam schedule 2025-26 OUT
HPBOSE : The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) Dharamshala has released the annual examination schedule for schools with winter vacations for the academic session 2025-26. This timetable will apply to students of classes 3, 5, and 8.
As per the notification, the examinations will be held from 09:45 AM to 01:00 PM. Students will receive their Question and Answer Booklets at 09:45 AM, allowing them additional time to read and fill in necessary details before the exam begins at 10:00 AM sharp.
Carrying of calculators, pagers, cellular phones, smart watches and other such electronic devices inside the examination centre is strictly prohibited.

Students and teachers can follow these steps to view or download the official timetable
- Visit the official website at: hpbose.org
- Go to the “Examination" section, then click on the "Date Sheet" section.
- Look for the circular titled “Winter School Examination Schedule 2025-26 for Classes 3, 5, and 8.”
- Click on the link to open the PDF timetable.
- Download or print the document for future reference.

Important Instructions for Students
The HP Board has also released the important guidelines for all students appearing for the Winter School Examinations.
- Students must report to the examination center by 9:45 a.m. Question and answer sheets will be distributed at this time.
- Use the additional 15 minutes to carefully read the questions and fill in the required details on the answer sheet.
- The examination will officially begin at 10:00 a.m.
- It is mandatory to write the correct question number on the answer sheet. Subjects marked with an asterisk (*) in Class 8 will have internal examinations conducted by the school.
Calculators, pagers, mobile phones, smart watches, or other electronic gadgets are not permitted inside the examination center.
