Indian Hotels Company reports 15% rise in Q4FY26 consolidated net profit

Indian Hotels Company has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2026.

The company has reported 15.89% rise in its net profit at Rs 557.64 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4FY26) as compared to Rs 481.20 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 12.39% at Rs 1720.83 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 1531.13 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 14.85% rise in its net profit at Rs 599.86 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 522.30 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 14.40% at Rs 2844.78 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 2486.78 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported 42.36% rise in its net profit at Rs 2011.94 crore as compared to Rs 1413.23 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 9.62% at Rs 5640.16 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 5145.09 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 9.27% rise in its net profit at Rs 2084.38 crore as compared to Rs 1907.59 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 16.42% at Rs 9971.43 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 8565.00 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
