Info Edge Q3 profit falls 14%; revenue shows modest growth

Info Edge reported a mixed set of numbers for the third quarter, with profitability taking a hit even as operating performance strengthened marginally. Consolidated profit fell 13.9 per cent QoQ to Rs 272 crore, while revenue inched up 1.7 per cent to Rs 819 crore. EBITDA rose 5.3 per cent sequentially to Rs 294 crore, helping expand the EBITDA margin to 35.9 per cent, from 34.6 per cent in the previous quarter.
