Flipkart's biggest summer sale of the year is live, and if Apple's latest iPhone has been sitting on your wishlist, this week may be the best window you get before October.
The Flipkart Sasa Lele Sale kicked off on May 9 at midnight, with early access available from May 8 for Plus and Black members. The sale covers significant discounts across the Apple lineup, and for anyone tracking iPhone prices in India, the timing is particularly well-chosen; memory shortages have been pushing smartphone prices upward across the market, making this one of the better buying windows of the year.
The headliner is the iPhone 17, which launched in India at Rs 82,900 for its 256GB variant and is now available at an effective price of Rs 71,900, the lowest the device has been priced on Flipkart since its September 2025 launch, undercutting its previous low of Rs 73,910. That is a saving of roughly Rs 11,000 on a phone that still represents Apple's current flagship standard.
The iPhone headlines are well-known by now, but the Android lineup is equally competitive. The Samsung Galaxy S25 (12GB/256GB) is available at Rs 53,999, while the Galaxy S25 FE drops to Rs 43,999 and the Galaxy S26 Ultra Samsung's current top-of-the-line flagship is listed at Rs 1,30,999. Google fans can pick up the Pixel 10 at an effective Rs 59,999, down from its Rs 79,999 launch price, while the newer Pixel 10a comes in at Rs 44,999. Nothing Phone 4a is priced at Rs 31,999, the Phone 4a Pro at Rs 41,999, and the flagship Nothing Phone 3 drops to Rs 59,999 from its original Rs 79,999. Mid-range buyers can consider the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion at Rs 19,999, the Moto Edge 60 Pro starting at Rs 27,999, or the Realme GT 7T at Rs 29,499.
The Apple MacBook Neo which outperforms the MacBook M1 Pro in single-core performance is expected to hit approximately Rs 57,999 to Rs 59,999 during the sale, making it the lowest price seen for the device. The Asus ExpertBook P1 is officially confirmed for special pricing with no-cost EMI and exchange bonuses. The Samsung Galaxy Book 4 (8GB RAM/512GB SSD) may drop to around Rs 27,590. Dell and HP productivity laptops are also part of the sale, with discounts of up to 40% when combined with bank card offers.
Smart TVs & home appliances
Samsung smart TVs are available starting at Rs 39,999, LG air conditioners from Rs 31,490, and refrigerators from Rs 8,990. Flipkart goes particularly aggressive on large appliances during brand hours from 7 PM to 11 PM, offering double discounts, making that window the best time to buy a TV, washing machine, or air conditioner.
Wireless earbuds, Bluetooth speakers, smartwatches, headphones, and power banks are included in lightning deals throughout the sale, with brands like CMF, Noise, and boAt among those confirmed for heavy discounts.
How to maximise your savings
SBI credit card holders get a 10 per cent instant discount on all purchases, including EMI transactions. Flipkart Black members unlock up to 15 per cent bank discounts during early access, plus 2X SuperCoin value. Rush Hour deals refresh every 12 hours, so checking the app twice a day gives you the best shot at the sharpest prices. Stacking a bank discount, exchange bonus, coupon, and a Rush Hour slot together typically delivers the deepest cuts, especially on purchases above Rs 25,000.
