These results affected the points table and a new standings are formed. With the victory over MI, RCB have captured the top spot. They are on 14 points and need one more win to officially qualify for the playoffs. CSK, on the other hand, are standing at the edge of the top-4, and two more wins away from cementing their position in the top-4.
