Jamshri Realty has implemented its Clean-Living-as-a-Service (CLaaS) model at Jamshri City, a 15-acre integrated lifestyle district in Solapur, embedding sustainability as a core urban service.
Water security measures include restoration of a 200-ft heritage well, over 30 groundwater recharge bores and 60,000 sq. ft. of rainwater harvesting infrastructure, conserving around 2.5 million litres annually. Plans are in place for 100% wastewater recycling through bio-STPs and the use of air-to-water systems for future potable needs.

Energy sustainability is supported by a 950-kW solar plant, with an additional 500-kW capacity planned. By March 2026, the system is expected to generate over 1.76 million units annually, reducing CO₂ emissions by about 1,400 tonnes.
Environmental measures include adaptive reuse of 1.5 lakh sq. ft. of structures, no-plastic zones and a roadmap to zero-waste-to-landfill.
Rajesh Damani, Founder and Managing Director, Jamshri Realty, said, “We began this journey of transformation in 2018 with a vision for a sustainable, community-first city within a city. Today that vision has flourished into Jamshri City, which we see as the 15-acre, 1.5 million sqft aspirational, family-centric integrated township with its own lifestyle district. Such spaces bring metro-city lifestyle options to emerging smart towns like Solapur”
