Reports suggest PSG look to head coach Enrique, who led the Parisians to their maiden UEFA Champions League title in addition to the French top-flight crown, a contract for life.

In a first-of-its-kind move, European champions PSG are reportedly preparing a lifetime contract for the man who took the French Capital City club to the promised land.

Reports suggest that Paris Saint-Germain look to hand head coach Enrique, who led the Parisians to their maiden UEFA Champions League title in addition to the French top-flight crown, a contract for life.

Enrique, who arrived at the Parc des Princes in 2023, helmed the Parisians to their maiden elite European crown with the biggest win margin in a final in the history of the prestigious tournament to break a long-standing hoodoo in the 2024-25 campaign.

Enrique inspired PSG to a 5-0 decimation of Inter Milan in the final of the elite European continental tournament in Munich to clinch the coveted piece of silverware.

Desire Doue starred with a brace, while Achraf Hakimi, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Senny Mayulu all also found the back of the net in an emphatic performance to give the Qatari-owned side their first-ever Champions League title.

He led PSG to the Ligue 1 title in addition to the Coupe de France, Trophee des Champions and the UCL trophies in a historic campaign, before winning the UEFA Super Cup with their win over Tottenham.

Enrique, who began his life as a coach with Barcelona B, had spells with Roma ad Celta, before he returned to Barcelona in 2014 as he led the senior team to the UCL crown. He went on to manage the Spanish national side and helped the World Cup-winning nation to deep runs at major event before taking a sabbatical due to personal reason.

Enrique took over PSG in 2023 and all it took was a year to sort things at the club before he could deliver the prized European silverware to the Parisians in statement fashion.
