Literary critic M. Leelavathy chosen for Prof. M.K. Sanoo award

Literary critic M. Leelavathy has been chosen for the award instituted by the Prof. M.K. Sanoo Samskarika Kendram.

The award carries ₹1 lakh, a citation, and a sculpture crafted by Unni Kanayi. Author Vinil Paul was chosen for the young achievers’ award instituted by the organisation, said a release.

The awards will be handed over on August 2, 2026, here by Opposition leader Pinarayi Vijayan. There will also be a discussion in which senior journalist R. Rajagopal will participate.
