Organic Recycling Systems Limited (BSE: 543997), an integrated CleanTech and decarbonisation platform, has announced its audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Company reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹105.07 crore, more than doubling from ₹48.39 crore in FY25. Consolidated profit after tax grew 60 per cent to ₹25.08 crore. Basic earnings per share on a consolidated basis rose 43 per cent to ₹28.96, from ₹20.27 in FY25.
The strong consolidated performance reflects accelerated execution across the Group's subsidiary and associate portfolio, with the second half of FY26 alone contributing ₹74.50 crore in consolidated revenue, nearly 2.4 times the ₹30.82 crore reported in H2 FY25.
Alongside the financial results, the Board of Directors approved the Company's expansion into integrated Build-Own-Operate (BOO) projects in the field of Agro Valorisation. Under this model, ORSL will own and operate Compressed Biogas plants, creating long-term, asset-backed recurring revenue streams. Feedstock will include paddy straw, Napier grass and cattle waste, with co-products including organic fertilisers and Gaushala-linked outputs.
Five integrated projects are envisaged at the initial stage, with an estimated capital expenditure of approximately ₹200 crore per project, aggregating to a total platform investment of ₹1,000 crore. ORSL proposes to commit approximately ₹500 crore, deployed in a phased manner over a 0 to 15 month project development cycle covering land acquisition, EPC contracting, construction and commissioning. The platform is designed to support national objectives around clean energy, reduction of methane emissions from agricultural waste, stubble burning elimination, and improvement of farmer incomes through structured biomass procurement.
"This has been a landmark year for ORSL. Consolidated revenues have crossed the ₹100 crore milestone, and earnings per share have grown 43 per cent. The ₹1,000 crore Agro Valorisation platform marks our transition from an EPC and technology company into an asset-owning platform, built on 18 years of operational experience in exactly the kind of projects we are now proposing to own,"said Sarang Bhand, Promoter & Managing Director, ORSL.
Founded in 2008 and listed on the BSE SME platform in 2023, the Company holds 2 patents and has developed 5+ proprietary technologies. It also maintains active R&D collaborations with premier institutions such as IIT Bombay and IIT Kharagpur, while serving leading industry players including Indian Oil Corporation and Bharat Petroleum.
