Pace Digitek’s power arm signs supply deal with MEGMEET for AI data centre infrastructure

Pace Digitek Limited’s subsidiary Lineage Power Private Limited (LPPL) has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with MEGMEET Electrical India Private Limited to supply AI data centre power systems in India, the company announced today.

Under the agreement, MEGMEET will act as a strategic supplier of AI data centre power systems and related products to LPPL. The arrangement covers technical support, product upgrades, training, and lifecycle after-sales services, with product supply governed by mutually agreed purchase orders.

The deal extends a business relationship of over five years between the two companies in telecom power solutions. LPPL will add AI data centre power systems to its existing Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing and integration portfolio.

Pace Digitek operates across energy and telecom segments through manufacturing, EPC, and operations and maintenance services. LPPL is described as a material subsidiary of the company.

The stock was trading at ₹204.35 on the NSE, up 1.17 per cent from its previous close of ₹201.98 at mid morning, with a market capitalisation of approximately ₹4,411 crore. Trading volume stood at around 5.05 lakh shares, valued at ₹10.31 crore.

MEGMEET, part of a global industrial technology group headquartered in China with operations across India, Thailand, Germany and other countries, supplies power electronics and automation solutions across AI, industrial, and e-mobility markets.
