Mumbai-based Monika Alcobev Limited reported a Profit After Tax of ₹32.14 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, a 39.07 per cent rise from ₹23.11 crore in the previous year, as demand for premium imported spirits and wines continued to climb across India.
Revenue from operations grew 27.53 per cent to ₹301.16 crore in FY2025-26, up from ₹236.15 crore in FY2024-25, crossing the ₹300 crore mark for the first time. Total expenses rose to ₹275.85 crore from ₹208.78 crore, reflecting higher spend on distribution, market expansion and portfolio development.
Growth was led by categories including premium tequila and agave spirits, Irish whiskey, Japanese whisky, gin, imported wines and liqueurs — segments that have gained traction among urban Indian consumers over the past two years.
Managing Director Kunal Patel said the year held strategic significance, particularly following the company’s SME IPO. He added that the company is focused on brand building, widening access to international labels and deepening ties with hospitality and retail partners. Patel noted that several global brand owners are increasingly treating India as a priority market, opening opportunities for new partnerships and portfolio additions.
Monika Alcobev distributes over 100 international labels across hotel, restaurant, café, retail and travel retail channels, with brands including Jose Cuervo, Remy Martin, Cointreau, Botanist and Ron Diplomático among its portfolio. The company also serves as a preferred global travel retail partner for select Indian brands.
Looking ahead, the company plans to expand distribution in high-growth consumption centres and introduce new international brands aligned with shifting consumer preferences in India’s premium alcobev segment.
