Zaggle Prepaid Q3 net profit up at ₹36 crore, revenue grows to ₹497.6 crore

Mumbai-based Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services profit growth outpaced revenue in the third quarter ended December 31, 2025. The spend management platform posted a profit after tax of ₹36 crore, up 77.7 per cent year-on-year, while revenue grew 47.9 per cent to ₹497.6 crore.

The company crossed ₹50 crore in quarterly adjusted EBITDA for the first time, reaching ₹51.3 crore. For the nine-month period, Zaggle’s profitability exceeded full-year FY25 levels despite marginally lower revenues, indicating substantial margin expansion.

Founder and Executive Chairman, Dr. Raj P Narayanam, highlighted the deployment of agentic AI workflows across reconciliations, compliance, and spend approvals. The board approved establishing Zaggle Payments IFSC Ltd in GIFT City to strengthen global payment capabilities, alongside plans for a UAE entity in Abu Dhabi targeting expansion in West Asia.

Zaggle completed acquisition of Greenedge to enhance rewards and loyalty offerings and is finalising the Rio Money acquisition, now rebranded as Zagg.Money. The new platform targets over 3.7 million salaried users with a ₹500-crore revenue ambition.

Founded in 2011, Zaggle operates a B2B2C spend management platform and ranks among India’s top prepaid card issuers with 19 banking partnerships. As of December 31, 2025, the company had issued over 50 million prepaid cards serving 3.7 million users across multiple industries.

The shares of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd ended at ₹304.50 on the NSE today, up by ₹7.50 or 2.53 per cent.
