Rs 1.50 per share on FV of Rs 5 has been announced as the interim dividend for investors.
"The Board of Directors in its meeting held on 26th February 2026 has, inter-alia, declared Second Interim Dividend of Rs 1.50 per share on the face value of Rs 5/- each of the Company for the financial year 2025-26," the PSU informed in its February 26 dated exchange filing.
"As informed earlier vide our letter dated 17.02.2026, the Record date for Interim Dividend 2025-26 is Friday, 6th March, 2026," the filing stated.

The PSU has also shared the payout timeline of the dividend.
"The Second Interim Dividend for the financial year 2025-26 on the equity shares of the Company shall be payable on & from Friday, 20th March, 2026 and within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013," the filing added.
Engineers India Dividend History
Earlier, the company declared its first interim dividend of FY26. Rs 1 cash reward was announced for shareholders with record date in December 2025.
Before that, a final dividend of Rs 2 was announced for FY25.
On Friday, the stock closed at Rs 221.60, down 1.36 per cent from its previous closing, on BSE.
The 52-week share price range is Rs 255.25 and Rs 142.15.

Engineers India Q3 Results FY26
Engineers India reported a surge in standalone net profit to Rs 301.7 crore, driven by strong revenue growth in October–December 2025 quarter (Q3FY26). The PSU reported a net profit of Rs 88.1 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Revenue from operations rose 59 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1,193.6 crore, up from Rs 750.2 crore in Q3FY25.
As of December 31, 2025, the company’s total order book stood at Rs 12,537.9 crore.
