Acer partners with ClickPost to leverage AI for faster deliveries ; details

Acer, a global leader in technology, is transforming its logistics operations with the help of ClickPost, deploying advanced AI-powered automation to streamline delivery verification. This innovative partnership will enhance Acer’s supply chain efficiency, providing faster and more accurate delivery confirmations across high-value institutional shipments.

The collaboration introduces an AI-driven Proof of Delivery (POD) verification engine, which replaces outdated manual checks and paperwork with automated, real-time intelligence. This solution is designed to support large-scale enterprise, government, BFSI, and e-commerce operations, ensuring quicker validation of deliveries, fewer errors, and faster closure of dispatch and billing cycles, a vital component for institutional logistics, where delivery verification directly impacts financial reconciliation and receivables.

Before this transformation, Acer managed approximately 12,000 orders per month across multiple channels, relying on manual checks and follow-ups for delivery verification. This often led to delays in reconciliation, overburdened customer service teams, and limited real-time visibility into delivery performance. By the new AI-enabled model, Acer has substantially reduced manual intervention, accelerated verification timelines to within 24 hours, and improved overall predictability across its logistics network.

The transformation was driven by a strategic push within Acer India’s logistics leadership to modernise enterprise supply-chain operations using technology. Identifying delivery verification as a systemic industry bottleneck, Acer worked closely with ClickPost to co-create a custom solution that applies AI, workflow automation, and API-led integrations to institutional logistics—moving away from fragmented, manual processes to a unified digital framework.
