Salman Khan shoots celebratory song
A source told MidDay, "It’s a celebratory song. The unit is currently filming in Gorai, after which they will move to a set that has been constructed at Golden Tobacco in Vile Parle." Reportedly, the shooting started on February 6 and will go on until February 12.
After the makers wrap up the filming of the song, a two-week schedule will end the shooting schedule of the war drama. As per the reports, Shabina Khan is looking after the choreography of the song. The choreographer has previously collaborated with Salman Khan for the songs 'Naach Meri Jaan' from 'Tubelight', 'Dil De Diya' from 'Radhe: The Most Wanted Bhai', and 'Naiyo Lagda' from 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan'.

According to the same report, the speculations of about the release date being pushed are because of the pending shoots.
Apart from that, the movie also needs a clearance from the Ministry of Defence. An insider told the publication, "The makers are aiming for an Eid release. If they are unable to meet it, they’ll line it up for Independence Day."

The film features Chitrangda Singh as the female lead.
