Bodhi Tree Multimedia Ltd. reported total income of ₹39.57 crore for the third quarter of FY26, marking a 124 per cent year-on-year increase and 62 per cent quarter-on-quarter growth. For the nine-month period ending December 31, 2025, the Mumbai-based production house recorded revenues of ₹82.38 crore, up 63 per cent from the previous year.

The company’s profit after tax rose 29 per cent year-on-year to ₹2.34 crore in Q3, while nine-month PAT climbed 93 per cent to ₹5.87 crore. EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹4.66 crore, up 43 per cent annually, though margins compressed to 11.79 per cent from 18.47 per cent a year earlier.

Bodhi Tree produced approximately 200 hours of original content during the quarter for platforms including Colors, JioStar, Zee, Dangal and Shemaroo. The company delivered five key shows across television, OTT and digital platforms.

Managing Director Mautik Tolia said the company is transitioning from commissioned production to an IP-led, multi-platform content business. Recent moves include acquiring Moving Images as a wholly-owned subsidiary, establishing Bodhi AI with its Cast AI platform, and taking a strategic stake in Lahren Networks to access vintage film content libraries.

The company, which has produced over 5,000 hours of programming across 100-plus shows, is expanding its creator studio network and regional language presence.
