HDFC AMC Bonus Issue Consideration: HDFC Asset Management Company, one of largest and most profitable mutual fund houses in India, is all set to announce bonus issue or bonus share s for its investors. This will be the first-ever bonus share announcement by HDFC AMC .

In an exchange filing, HDFC AMC has announced the schedule for the next board meeting wherein a proposal for the declaration of bonus shares will be taken up consideration and approval. The filing said that HDFC AMC board meeting is scheduled to take place on Wednesday (October 15).

The board of HDFC AMC will also announce the quarterly results on the same day, as per the filing.

"A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, to inter-alia consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025," HDFC AMC said in filing.

"We wish to inform you that at the said meeting, the Board would also consider a proposal for issue of bonus equity shares...," HDFC AMC added in the filing.
