HAL Q3 Results: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, a state-run aerospace company, has declared an interim dividend of 700 per cent or Rs 35 per share of Rs 5 face value. This is the highest-ever dividend amount declared by HAL so far, according to BSE website. The dividend was announcement was HAL along with Q3 results FY2026.
HAL has also fixed the record date and payment date for Rs 35 interim dividend.
In an exchange filing, HAL said, "The Board of Directors of the Company has declared first interim dividend of Rs 35 per equity share of Rs 5 each fully paid up (70%) for the Financial Year 2025-26."
HUL Dividend 2026 Record Date
The board of HUL has set February 18 as the record date for dividend payment. The dividend amount of Rs 35 will be paid to eligible shareholders on or before March 14.
"Record date for the payment of first interim dividend will be Wednesday, the 18th February, 2026. The dividend will be paid to all the eligible shareholders on or before 14th March, 2026," HAL said in filing.
HAL has reported 29.7 per cent surge in its net profit to Rs 1,866.7 crore for the third quarte of current financial year (Q3 FY2026). The company said that its PAT was supported by higher deliveries on previously won orders.
The company had earned a net profit of Rs 1,439.8 crore in the same quarter a year ago.
The defence company's revenue surged by 10.7 per cent on YoY basis to Rs 7,698.8 crore, compared with Rs 6,957.3 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY2025.
EBTDA increased by 10.4% to Rs 1,480.2 crore in the quarter under review (Q3 FY26) from Rs 1,340.2 crore in Q3 FY25. Margin stood at 19.2 per cent in the three-month period ended on December 31, 2025.
Shares of HAL turned positive to trade at Rs 4,136 around 2 PM.
Bengaluru-based HAL manufactures the Tejas light combat aircraft used by the Indian Air Force (IAF) as well as helicopters and aircraft engines.
