Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) on Tuesday (July 22, 2026) has issued a travel advisory for passengers in view of the Telangana-wide strike called by drivers of app-based transport aggregators. The airport warned passengers that cab, auto and bike taxi services may be affected.

“Airport operations at Hyderabad airport remain unaffected. Passengers are advised to plan their commute in advance, allow additional travel time and consider alternate transportation options at Hyderabad airport that includes prepaid taxis, car rentals and the Pushpak airport liner,” as per the advisory.

Passengers requiring assistance were asked to approach the transport help desk located near Aeroplaza at the airport.
