ONGC dividend 2026: Rs 6.25 cash reward in Q3 results FY26! Profit up 16.7% YoY to Rs 10015 cr, revenue rises 0.1% - Record date Feb 18

The Board of Directors of ONGC has approved a 125 per cent dividend, which translates into Rs 6.25 per equity share for the financial year 2-25-26.

"The Board of Directors has declared 2nd Interim dividend at the rate ₹6.25 per equity share of face value of ₹5/-

each i.e. @125% for the Financial Year 2025-26," ONGC said in an exchange filing.

"...Wednesday, the 18th February, 2026 has been fixed as “Record Date” for determining eligibility of shareholders for payment of 2nd Interim Dividend. Dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration," the oil PSU added in the filing.
