Hyderabad, May 10

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone for various projects worth ₹9,377 crore in Telangana here today.

The Prime Minister will arrive in Hyderabad today at around 2.30 PM on Sunday and will formally lay the foundation stone for the projects, besides inaugurating a few railway infrastructure projects at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC).

Modi will also meet Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and AP Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan at their respective residences in Hyderabad. Pawan Kalyan is now recovering from a surgery he had undergone a couple of weeks ago.

Later, he will address a public meeting at the Parade Grounds here at 6.30 PM and leave for New Delhi after the meeting. He is also expected to meet key BJP and NDA leaders.

The police have made elaborate security arrangements for the visit, deploying around 2,500 personnel.
