Samvardhana Motherson Q3 results FY26: Profit up 9% to Rs 1072 cr, revenue rises 13.5% to Rs 31409 cr

Samvardhana Motherson Q3 Results: Samvardhana Motherson International has reported 9 per cent YoY jump in its consolidated net profit to Rs 1,072 crore in the third quarter of current financial year (Q3 FY2026), supported by lower finance costs and higher contribution from JVs and associates. The company had earned a profit of Rs 984 crore in the same quarter a year ago.

Its revenue from operations increased by 13.5 per cent to Rs 31,409 crore in the reporting quarter, compared with Rs 27,666 crore reported in Q3 of FY2025.

EBITDA surged by 80 per cent in the December 2025 quarter to Rs 3,043 crore as against Rs 1,686 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal. EBITDA margin stood at 9.7 per cent in the quarter under review.

Meanwhile, Samvardhana Motherson shares jumped 4 per cent to trade at Rs 129.50 on BSE around 3 PM.
