Stock To Buy Before Diwali 2025 : Nirav Vora, Senior Vice President & Head - Research Advisory with JM Financial Services, has recommended buying shares of a midcap company just before Diwali and hold for a period of 6 to 8 months for bumper returns.

The name of midcap stock or the midcap pick recommended by Nirav Vora is Kaynes Technology India Ltd -- a leading player in the electronics manufacturing sector. The company commands a market capitalisation of Rs 45,790 crore (as on October 13, 2025).

" Kaynes Technology is a very good company with strong fundamentals. I have picked Kaynes Technology because the numbers for Q2 will be very good. Growth momentum has been good for Kaynes Technology for the past two years. The second half of current financial year (FY26) will be very strong in terms of numbers," the market expert said.

Talking about the figures, Nirav Vora said that the company's revenue growth is expected to grew by 53 per cent annually in September 2025 quarter. Besides, Kaynes Technology has a robust order book and the execution also very good.

"The management has given guidance for FY26 for 60 per cent revenue growth. Also, the overall margin profile is expected to increase to approximately 16-17 per cent in second quarter," he said. On PAT, the market expert said that "I expect PAT to increase by 90 per cent YoY in the quarter".

"We have already seen a good corrected in Kaynes Technology shares from Rs 7600 levels. My expectation is that Kaynes Technology could be a good candidate to long at current levels. We can see its OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) plant to begin operations soon. The manufacturing plan will manufacture a range of advanced components, including printed circuit boards (PCBs)," he said.

"We can see a very good growth in the next two quarters in Kaynes Technology. The impact will also be visible in the stock. So my recommendation is to buy Kaynes Technology shares with a view of 6 to 8 months. Target price will be s 7830," the market expert said.

"And if we keep this stock for 5-6 years, then it can become a multibagger stock," the market expert added.

Kaynes Technology shares on Monday (October 13) closed nearly 3.50 per cent lower at Rs 6865. The target price of Rs 7830 implies an upside of Rs 965 or 14 per cent from Monday's closing price.

Kaynes Technology made its Dalal Street listing in November 2022. The company had issued its shares at Rs 587 in the primary market. GOing by exchange data, Kaynes Technology India shares have climbed 22 per cent in the last two years and skyrocketed more than 150 per cent in two years.
