US Unit Recalls Anti-Cancer Drug
A US-based subsidiary of Cipla is recalling more than 400 cartons of a generic anti-cancer medication due to a manufacturing issue. The recall was reported by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (USFDA).
Go Digit General Insurance
Go Digit General Insurance stated that it has received a demand notice of around Rs 170 crore related to the short payment of goods and services tax (GST) covering a period of nearly five years.

The board of Yes Bank has approved the appointment of Vinay Muralidhar Tonse as Managing Director and CEO (Designate). The appointment will take effect from March 12.

Vedanta
Target to Increase Women's Workforce
Vedanta stated that it aims to raise women's representation across all organisational levels to 35 per cent, up from the current level of 23 per cent.
IRB Infrastructure Developers reported that its toll revenue for February 2026 increased 22 per cent year-on-year to Rs 746 crore.
MoU With Government for Training
The Directorate General of Training (DGT) has signed a Flexible Memorandum of Understanding with Bajaj Auto to provide trainees with exposure to advanced automotive manufacturing systems.
Meesho said it has received an Assessment Order for Assessment Year 2023–24 along with a demand notice from the Income Tax Department, raising a tax demand of Rs 1,499.73 crore, including interest.
Tencent Cloud Europe BV, a subsidiary of Tencent Holdings, reduced its stake in PB Fintech, the operator of Policybazaar and Paisabazaar, by selling 48.4 lakh shares (1.04 per cent of equity) through a block deal worth Rs 694.65 crore at Rs 1,435.1 per share.
