The initial public offers (IPOs) of Tata Capital and LG Electronics India have concluded, following a week that saw these high-profile issues on the subscription list.

The IPO size of Tata Capital is Rs 15,512 crore. The price range for the offer is Rs 310-326 per share. At the top end of the price band, the non-banking financial company (NBFC) commands a valuation of about Rs 1.38 lakh crore.

This Initial Public Offering (IPO), comprising a total of 47.58 crore shares, includes a fresh issue of 21 crore equity shares and an Offer For Sale (OFS) of 26.58 crore shares.

Meanwhile, the IPO size of LG Electronics was Rs 11,607-crore. The price band was fixed at Rs 1,080 to Rs 1,140 per share, valuing the company around Rs 77,400 crore at the upper end.

This IPO is entirely an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 10.18 crore shares, representing about 15 per cent stake, by the South Korea-based parent, PTI reported.

LG Electronics IPO GMP is currently at Rs 350, with the estimated listing price of Rs 1,490. The IPO's estimated listing is 30.70 per cent above against the upper price band of the issue of Rs 1,140.

Notably, this data is based on the reports of various sites tracking GMP. However, GMP is not an official parameter to predict the share price of any company at listing.

IPO subscription dates

The IPO of Tata Capital was opened for subscription between 6th and 8th October; whereas LG Electronics' IPO was opened for subscription between 7th and 9th October.

Listing dates

According to reports, LG Electronics India is expected to make its stock market debut on October 14; whereas Tata capital may be listed on October 13.
