‘Teen Mom’ star spends over USD 1 million on child custody!

‘Teen Mom’ star Kailyn Lowry isn’t shy about sharing the messy, expensive side of her life. Recently, the ‘Teen Mom 2’ star laid it all out: she’s spent over USD 1 million battling for custody of her seven kids, all with four different exes.

It’s a side of celebrity life you don’t hear about much. Sure, she’s got the fame, but that hasn’t made co-parenting any easier.

For the unversed, Kailyn Lowry shares seven children with four different men: Elliott, 16, with ex Jo Rivera, Lincoln, 12, with ex Javi Marroquin, Lux, 8, and Creed, 5, with ex Chris Lopez, and finally, Rio, 3, and twins Valley and Verse, 2, with ex Elijah Scott.Talking straight to her followers, Kailyn, in a raw clip from her Patreon series, ‘Kail Unfiltered,’ admitted, “My relationship with the dads is a little contentious.”

She never pictured leaving all four of her kids’ fathers, but that’s how things turned out. “I, unfortunately, was the one to leave all four of them,” she said. Now, she’s raising Elliott, Lincoln, Lux, Creed, Rio, and twins Valley and Verse, mostly on her own.However, it’s important to note, as Kailyn herself put forth the same disclaimer, that none of what she shared was legal advice. But she sure hopes her story helps other people feel less alone.

“I feel like I have enough to say now,” she told her fans. “I also feel like I have a team behind me that is able to help me sort of put everything that I've gone through into words.”Lowry didn’t sugarcoat how family court really works. “Nobody wins in child custody,” she said. “Nobody is fully understanding that court does not deal with, for example, haircuts.”

Who is Kailyn Lowry?

The mother of seven started out on MTV’s ‘16 and Pregnant’ as a teen, then became a fixture on ‘Teen Mom 2’. Now, at 33, Lowry has seven kids, and she has opened up her entire life—love, heartbreak, parenting struggles, and all—to a huge audience. She became a mom at 17 to her oldest, Elliott, with ex Jo Rivera. Since then, she’s had six more kids with three other partners: Lincoln with Javi Marroquin; Lux and Creed with Chris Lopez; and Rio, Valley, and Verse with Elijah Scott.

Lowry has been raising a big, blended family mostly on her own, and she’s still figuring it all out, just like the rest of us.
