Choice International Ltd, a Mumbai-based diversified financial services and consulting group, disclosed on Tuesday that its subsidiaries have secured 23 government mandates with a combined contract value of approximately ₹191.38 crore during the first quarter of FY27. The stock closed at ₹816.90 on the NSE, up 0.23 per cent on the day, against a market capitalisation of roughly ₹18,145 crore.
The contracts were won by Choice Consultancy Services Private Ltd (CCSPL) and its wholly owned subsidiary Ayoleeza Consultants Private Ltd across Bihar, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Arunachal Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and Chandigarh.
The two largest awards, classified as large orders each worth between ₹25 crore and ₹100 crore, are in Bihar. The first covers customisation, implementation and maintenance of an integrated urban e-governance platform across Urban Local Bodies for 60 months. The second, from the Urban Development and Housing Department of Bihar, involves preparation of Detailed Project Reports under the Urban Challenge Fund over 12 months.
Other notable awards include project management consultancy for the Gargai Dam and water conveyance project for the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, and railway construction supervision services for Southern Railway in Tamil Nadu, both classified as Medium Orders.
The remaining 19 contracts, classified as small orders valued up to ₹5 crore each, span railway electrification oversight, FCI grain silo auditing across Punjab and Bihar, renewable energy advisory, digital governance systems, skill development monitoring and public health programme management.
The company trades at a trailing price-to-earnings multiple of 76.33 and has delivered a three-year absolute return of approximately 365 per cent, significantly outpacing the Nifty 500 index over the same period.
