Fractal Q1 FY27 earnings update.
In Q1 FY27, the Company reported consolidated operating revenue of Rs 912.5 Cr, a growth of 20% year on year (YoY). Revenue growth was led by the company’s Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) industry, which clocked 69% growth YoY. Strong sustained growth in HLS over the last several quarters has resulted in it becoming the second largest industry in the portfolio. Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) also performed very well, growing 36% YoY in Q1. Fractal’s largest industry, Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail (CPGR), continued to gather momentum, growing 19% YoY.

Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. (MOFSL) reported its highest-ever quarterly Total PAT of ₹1,513 Cr including Other Comprehensive Income (OCI) in Q1FY27. This is led by strong growth in Asset Management business.
Q1FY27 Business Highlights:
Asset Management (AMC & MO Alternates) PAT grew by 73% YoY to ₹ 245Cr in Q1 FY27 and is now the largest contributor to PAT at 40%. Total Asset Under Management (AUM) grew by 31% on YoY basis at ₹2.12 lakh Cr.
AMC (Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS) & Alternate Investment Funds (AIF)) Net Mutual Fund Flows market share at 4.2% is higher than AUM market share at 2.9%; Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) inflows surged 16% YoY to ₹4,064 Cr with market share of 4.3%. AUM grew by 26% on YoY basis to ₹1.90 Lakh cr.
MO Alternates AUM grew by 99% on YoY basis. Executed 2nd close of our maiden Private Credit Fund with a raise of ₹2,435 Cr, targeting total raise of ₹3,000 Cr soon.
Private Wealth Management (PWM): Q1FY27 ARR revenue grew by 42% on YoY basis to ₹157 Cr. Net Flows grew by 37% to ₹3,929 Cr led by AUM growth of 37% on YoY to ₹2.4 lakh Cr. Relationship Managers (RM) base up by 26% to 441. Q1 PAT up 2% on lower TBR.
Wealth Management (Retail): Strong ascent on growing annuity streams - ARR revenue grew by 26% on YoY basis to ₹304 Cr. Distribution book grew by 29% to ₹45,575 Cr on YoY basis. Loan book grew by 33% to ₹7,388 Cr on YoY basis (group’s Margin Trade Funding (MTF) book witnessed growth of 55% on YoY basis to ₹7,800 Cr). Q1 brokerage revenue grew by 6% YoY. Overall Average Daily Turnover (ADTO) Market share (including Commodity) is strong at 7.6% in Q1.

Housing Finance: PAT grew 36% YoY to ₹ 32 Cr in Q1. Disbursement grew by 64% to ₹646 Cr. AUM grew 23% YoY to Rs. 6,164 Cr. Pristine asset-quality with Gross Non-Performing Assets (GNPA) & Net Non-Performing Assets (NNPA) at 1.1% and 0.6% respectively.
Treasury book grew 22% YoY to ₹10,482 Cr. Historically, the book witnessed Compounded Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 41% since inception led by strong Internal Rate of Return (IRRs) and reinvestment of operating profits.
