Signature Global has formed a joint venture with RMZ Group with a total investment of around ₹7,500 crore to develop an 18-acre commercial project at Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), Gurugram. RMZ will invest ₹1,283 crore to acquire a 50 per cent equity stake in the project, Signature Global said. The project will have a leasable area of 55 lakh square feet, of which about 35 million sq ft would be prime office space, and the remaining area would be used for retail spaces and two hotels of around 500 rooms each.

Ashoka Buildcon has received a Letter of Award (LoA) for $45,276,621.07 from the Ministry of Public Works, Liberia (the Authority).The road project is expected to be completed in 24 months.

Lodha Developers Ltd has acquired an 80 per cent stake in a Pune-based Solidrise Realty for ₹294 crore, as part of its expansion plan. SRPL will become a subsidiary of Lodha Developers. Lodha Developers has acquired five land parcels in Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Bengaluru in the October-December quarter to develop projects, which have an estimated sales value of nearly ₹34,000 crore.

Ceigall India has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Ceigall Morena Solar BESS Park. The subsidiary is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to undertake the project awarded by Rewa Ultra Mega Solar for the development of Unit 1 (with the capacity of 220 MW) at Morena Solar Park, Madhya Pradesh.
