Brigade Group unveils Brigade Misty Greens in Mysuru with ₹300 crore revenue potential

Brigade Group has launched of Brigade Misty Greens, a premium residential development in Mysuru, through a Joint Development Agreement. The project, spanning 4.5 acres, has a projected revenue potential of over Rs. 300 crores.

The launch is set to expand Brigade’s presence in Mysuru, where the company described the city as one of South India’s most promising real estate markets. This property will be an addition to the Brigade Group’s over 20 residential and commercial projects across Mysuru.

Brigade Misty Greens features three and four bedroom apartment units and 14 Duplex units, located near the Jayachamaraja Wadiyar Golf Club and Chamundi Hills.

“Mysuru has been an important market for Brigade. With Brigade Misty Greens, we are furthering our vision of developing communities in locations that offer both enduring value and an elevated lifestyle.” said Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises Limited.

The announcement comes after the company’s Q4 results, where Brigade reported ₹2,521 crore in pre-sales, driven by demand across key markets. Supported by operational momentum, Brigade Enterprises shares closed 0.84 per cent higher at ₹568.55 apiece on Tuesday, touching an intraday high of ₹572.00 during the session.
